KYCP is designed to seamlessly scale with your organisation’s growth. At the heart of the system is the potential to create an unlimited number of risk assessment programmes as and when you need them. Programmes allow for the definition of the varying types of due diligence applications being carried out, each with specific entities being audited, conditional rules, user permissions and role definitions, questionnaire types and reporting.

Detailed Application and Entity View

In KYCP, entities are defined as subjects being assessed for risk levels. Detailed entity views are intuitively accessed from the application tree and feature any set of custom defined fields, any uploaded documents associated within one or more applications, face-to-face video calls, time-stamped and user-defined free-text notes.

Visual Dashboard & Assessment Scoring

Based on a central, visual widget, KYCP indicates the levels of completion of individual entity fields or application stages. It also displays individual and overall scoring based on values inputted at programme creation stage and a percentage counter, with higher risk being associated with higher values.

Notifications

Intelligent, user-centric notifications are central to the key features within KYCP. Alerts are received at home screen level and via email (when determined through administrative settings) for a variety of updates on the status of applications.

Face-to-Face Video Interviews

KYCP offers a game-changing embedded video conferencing solution, with automatic recording done directly in your browser, with no additional software or plugins required. It is delivered using the latest HTML5 technology, utilising the smallest possible digital footprint, enhancing two-way transmission, saving on mobile data charges and file size storage on your KYCP server.
