This means lower costs, minimal ongoing maintenance and a hassle-free experience, allowing organisations to focus on what truly matters—compliance and risk management.
What is KYCP as a Managed Service?
KYCP as a Managed Service provides clients with access to their own Programme(s) on a shared instance of KYCP that we manage and host on their behalf. Unlike the traditional On-Premise or SaaS (cloud-hosted) Editions, this option removes the need for infrastructure investment and IT management, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking for a cost-effective and fully maintained compliance and due diligence solution.
Clients opting for this Edition will benefit from an all-encompassing license fee, including:
✔ All hosting costs and Enterprise License Fees – No need for dedicated infrastructure or cloud hosting fees
✔ Ongoing maintenance – We monitor and ensure optimal resources and updates to the infrastructure and related environment
✔ Ongoing System updates – We manage and deploy regular system updates

While KYCP as a Managed Service offers many advantages, it is designed as a cost-effective, shared instance solution, which comes with specific functional limitations:
Available Features
• Full control of defining as many programme(s) as needed – Clients can operate their own workflows, risk assessments and due diligence processes.
• Ongoing configuration support – While clients define their own processes, our team will handle any required configuration changes and implement them within their programmes.
• Integration with 3rd party data providers – Clients can continue using Screening Services and Company House data providers of their choice.
• Email outreach functionality – Email communication with clients remains available within KYCP.
Limitations of the Managed Service
• No access to KYCP’s Customer Outreach Tool – The function of COT for corporate self onboarding is not be available within this MS Edition.
• No use of API – While the Screening Module and the Corporate Source Register Module are available in this MS Edition, direct connections to internal business systems (such as CRM or ERP platforms) will not be supported. This means that there is no possibility of having custom integrations done.
• Live instance only, no test environment – Clients will operate solely on a live production instance; test environments will not be provided.
Pricing Model
KYCP as a Managed Service is structured to provide cost predictability, with a yearly fee per user and a one-time fee per Programme. This ensures businesses can scale their compliance operations efficiently without unexpected infrastructure or maintenance costs. This makes KYCP more accessible to any type of organisation, allowing clients to start off with the MS Edition and move to the On-Premise or SaaS Editions at a later stage (might incur a migration fee).
